Stephanie Jarrett-Thorpe is a passionate, service-oriented leader with expertise in coaching, community engagement, and school change management. Her work has been defined by her belief that empowered and engaged teachers and families are the key drivers in ensuring a successful change initiative. She has taught, coached, and lead in schools in Prince George’s County, MD, Washington, DC, and Nashville, TN; all of which were growing or undergoing a turn-around. She has been an exemplar teacher, curriculum and assessment writer, academic dean, school Principal, and Executive Principal during her tenure in K-12 schools.
