It was engaging and provided strong, positive information to keep instruction on point.
Maureen Surface, Teacher,Indianapolis Public Schools, IN
I am an avid advocate for the presence of No Nonsense Nurturer language in the classroom. It’s a nonjudgmental and gentle approach to setting and maintaining classroom expectations. I’ve seen my students blossom with confidence as they now feel safe to fully engage within an environment that is free of criticism from mistakes through setting explicit instructions and following up with narrations.
Elizabeth Danyi, Teacher,Youngstown City School District, OH
This was an awesome beginning of my year. I will enjoy using what I have learned to build a great learning culture in my classroom.
Tony Rudolph, Instructor,Fulton County Schools, GA
The presentation was engaging and effective in helping me analyze my teaching and planning ways I can improve toward No-Nonsense Nurturer® goals.
Rebecca Haag, Teacher, Indianapolis Public Schools, IN
Once I began the process and really focused on giving students clear directions, stopping and thinking about what I was saying to students and really being specific, direct and purposeful in my directions that I was giving, I started to notice a shift in my students behavior and their actions. I noticed that more students were following directions the first time that I was giving them, that as I was narrating students as they were completing each step, that more of my students were on task and ready to begin learning quicker and when I was giving directions that they were following them quickly so that they could be narrated too.
Lisa Matthews, Teacher,Youngstown City School DIstrict, OH
First, in twenty-four years in education, Meaghan was by far one of the best presenters I've ever experienced. So engaging.
Stephen Gainey, Dean of Culture, Climate, Equity, and SEL, Indianapolis Public Schools, IN
The training was impactful, providing strategies that can be used next day in the classroom to improve relationships and classroom management.
Renee Freeman, Teacher,Denver Public Schools, CO

NNN is where it all started for us. It got us on track with a common language and made us clear on what the expectations should be.

Being a No-Nonsense Nurturer means that I am free to teach and be present with my kids. I'm not spending time managing behaviors or wasting time with transitions. I know the steps to take to have effective classroom managament thanks to CT3.
